The epitome of why people hate car dealers I was at the dealership on Monday starting my new car search. I test drove a car i liked while the dealership was evaluating my trade. Test drive went fine, but I wanted to see other models. I was given the run around about seeing any cars besides the one that was hand picked for me to test. Also, they kept my trade hidden in the back and held my keys. We went back and forth for hours (I was there a total of 4). We were WAY off on numbers and I informed them i wasn't there to buy a car, i was starting my research on what car I wanted. They continued to hold my keys while "working" the numbers. They came to something reasonable, and I signed, but I now regret it and wished I had never walked in there. Not a good feeling when you know you are being lied to and manipulated from the start. They will also sneak in a $199 service you never asked for during the closing process. Avoid this place. More

New Sales Spent an hour and half with a salesman named Mike including a test drive. I told him and he wrote the number down and asked me to sign under it and to give him a credit card so that he and the Sales Manager knew I was serious. I told him I was not going to do that, at this point he got upset and told me that I'm not serious and said that if I made an offer on a house I would have to put a deposit down. What a joke I guess he does not own a house because you don't give a deposit until you agreed on a price. We did not even talk about my trade at this point. I told him I am serious and walked out, as he yelled across the sales floor obnoxiously good bye. Stay away from this place, very unprofessional. And I was serious I just bought the same car at Herb Chambers, where they were very professional. More

Rip Off Con Watch Out Spent 1 1/2 hours at dealership and test drove a used car that I called to make an appointment. I said this is what makes dealing with some auto dealers give such a bad name because of these bait and switch efforts. I'm going to look into false advertisement against these folks. I could not recommend dealing with them, stay away. More

waste of time I went to Grieco to look at a new car. I told the sales lady before showing up there what my credit score was and i also had a co signer if need be. S I went to Grieco to look at a new car. I told the sales lady before showing up there what my credit score was and i also had a co signer if need be. Sales lady told me it was no problem to come down. I ended up going there which is an hour away just for them to tell me that I would never be able to get a new car with my credit score or my co signers score. My co worker told me to go there because her husband was able to co sign for her and get himself a new car and also (from a diff dealer) co sign for her son with a lower credit score then I had. So when I told the sales lady (which was a joke) my co workers name she said oh yes her husband works for a Honda place that's why we gave him the deal. WOW!!!! Funny thing though he doesn't work for Honda or a dealership lol and if he did he could have gotten one himself at his own xxxx dealership! Anyways the same night I got approved for a brand new 2016 fully loaded optima ohhhh and I didn't need a co signer! Thank you Columbia Ford Kia ! I would never ever recommend Grieco Honda to my worst enemy well, maybe my worst haha ... More

Crooks! We took our car in for an airbag recall, and they swapped out our working rear brake lights for burned out bulbs and tried to get us to replace them f We took our car in for an airbag recall, and they swapped out our working rear brake lights for burned out bulbs and tried to get us to replace them for $61. While doing this, they broke one of the plastic bolt covers. Even though they are just down the road from our house, we will be taking our cars elsewhere, even for recalls. Completely dishonest. More
