They kept the car 5 days. Seemed to not know status of car when I called and even where it was. . When I finally picked up the car one thing was still not fixed. Finally my salesman Ricardo, great guy, solved my car problem. This dealership certainly needs to improve its record keeping and communication with customers. More

Ask for Randy I was skeptical about this place after reading some of the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience at Grieco Honda. I worked with Randy w I was skeptical about this place after reading some of the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience at Grieco Honda. I worked with Randy who is very genuine and down to earth. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process and I was able to drive my new car off the lot after a couple visits. At the end of the day, Grieco as a company is still a large corporate dealership. Anyone planning a visit should still take precautions to avoid being taken advantage of and be prepared to walk away, same as you would anywhere else. I won’t deduct any stars because literally every dealership is like that. That being said, Randy put those fears aside with his genuine honesty and continues to go the extra mile to keep my business. My only real criticism of the dealership is that they are understaffed for their size and don’t have the manpower to get all of their customers serviced in a timely manner. I would not recommend Grieco if you are on a tight schedule. Hopefully they’ll hire some extra hands in the future. Otherwise, I had a positive experience, and I plan to be a returning customer. Ask for Randy Torres to get the best and safest service. More

We were quite satisfied with the CR-V price and our trade vehicle allowance. Being Connecticut residents, the transfer of license plates was somewhat more complicated but Adam made it happen. I appreciate his attitude, listening skills and understanding throughout the process. The dealership doesn’t deserve him however. No one else at the dealership in my experience, could be bothered to listen to or understand my particular situation. Customer service was far less then desirable. Ricardo is very busy much of the time because so many customers only want to deal with him..including myself. No one else was of assistance at all as we waited hours throughout the process. It was very frustrating. Also the snack area had barely anything. They need a recycling receptacle as well. More
