New 2018 Honda Accord Sport purchase Sales Consultant Alfred Fontaine was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and answered all questions without hesitation. Unfortunately , Manager, Michael Sales Consultant Alfred Fontaine was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and answered all questions without hesitation. Unfortunately , Manager, Michael Silva was your typical salesman and did not honor the internet quote and at a higher amount, I had to finance it instead of paying cash. He said the “sales price was too aggressive” and I needed to finance it and keep the loan for at least 4 months since they get a kick back from the bank. I paid it off within the first week. I will not be recommending Grieco Honda to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I had also requested a call back from the general manager, Robert Mcauliffe and never got it. Marc Danner, the finance director, lied about title problems if I paid off the loan prior to 4 months. This is after I told him that I did not really want to finance it. More

Damaged rear end collision vehicle sold as new! Buyer beware: Greco sells damaged cars as new!!! I purchased a new Honda from Greco Honda. It had 65 miles on it when I bought it. Recently I fo Buyer beware: Greco sells damaged cars as new!!! I purchased a new Honda from Greco Honda. It had 65 miles on it when I bought it. Recently I found out, at 12 miles, it had a rear end collision, the vehicle was repaired and sold as new. It shows up on my carfax report as a side collision involving the rear with functional damage. I was never told the car had an accident. They thought they could get away with it. Researching this on the net it appears this is a common event for them. There is a site called ripoffreport. Search for grieco and see the report on their other dealership doing the same thing. I've had three appointments with the general manager (Paul Bender) and three times he wasn't there. This is the worst customer service and the worst dealer I've had to deal with. I advise you stay as far away from all Greco dealerships as you can. More
