Stay Away! STAY AWAY!!!! I drove 2 hours each way to get a CRV EXL at a web price they had and when I got there they told me it was a "Web Only" price. The site STAY AWAY!!!! I drove 2 hours each way to get a CRV EXL at a web price they had and when I got there they told me it was a "Web Only" price. The site and customer service folks told me the price was also negotiable. They need to train their employees better. Maybe if Brian the manager is not there you can get the deals they advertised, but he had no remorse and did not even care. They would not honor the web price and tried to get $2000 more than the web price. Go to any other dealer. This is the first bad review I ever wrote, but I wanted to save you the time and headache with these unprofessionals. You have been warned! I hope the owners take note with what is going on. This is poor business. More

worst dealership ever I recently wrote a long review earlier on this dealer prior to picking up my car. After being there for service from January 27th-April 7th to replace I recently wrote a long review earlier on this dealer prior to picking up my car. After being there for service from January 27th-April 7th to replace my wheels and tires at a complete inconvenience to me, I picked my car up today and they DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN IT!? It looked worse than when I dropped it off but I've never heard of a dealership that doesn't clean a customer's car after being there for any period of time nevermind over a 2-month period- also the fact that my car is LEASED from Honda. I returned the loaner car they let me use in better condition than mine. Not only that, they charged me $100 for an alignment after the terrible experience they put me through. I also realized when looking at the paperwork that the insurance they had on the car they gave me to drive expired at the end of March. The "assistant manager" Kate ultimately let me leave with this dissatisfaction but everyone i dealt with contributed to it. More

This is easy enough to understand given that I am an internet buyer traveling over 1400 miles for my purchase. After my initial displeasure, Tim was assigned to my case. He was, and is, a true professional in every regard. He communicated well as my trip to pick up the vehicle approached. Everything was ready once I arrived. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. It was the best car buying experience I have had in 20+ years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIM and by extension Grieco Honda. I will be in the market again soon, and again, I will be seeking out Tim McFarland’s assistance! More
