Simple and knowledgeable Christian greeted us when we walked into Grieco Honda to purchase an Accord EX. We knew the price we were willing to pay and the color we wanted. Gave Christian greeted us when we walked into Grieco Honda to purchase an Accord EX. We knew the price we were willing to pay and the color we wanted. Gave Christian our price; he went to Sales Manager-Dan Krevalarro with the price and came back quickly to say they could match our price. Had a question about the special American Honda Finance offers that Christian thought Dan could answer more thoroughly. Dan came over answered our questions quickly to our satisfaction.Christian then asked what color Accord we wanted and we asked for the Obsidian Blue Pearl. He checked inventory and the one in stock had been sold but they would try to locate a blue Accord. He then got an Accord EX for us to test drive and went over all features thoroughly before our test drive. We both loved the car on the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership Christian told us they had found the Obsidian Blue Pearl we wanted at another Honda dealership that he would go pick it up. We had our Obsidian Blue Pearl Accord EX a couple of days later. Christian went over every feature and set al personal settings for us. Christian made our purchase simple; easy and enjoyable. Our next Honda purchase will be with Christian and we will highly recommend him to others. More

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK On Friday, May 1st, at noon, my husband and I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle on Saturday, May 2nd at 3pm. The receptionist at Grieco On Friday, May 1st, at noon, my husband and I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle on Saturday, May 2nd at 3pm. The receptionist at Grieco Honda went to great pains to explain that appointments were necessary during the COVID-19 crisis so that the vehicle could be cleaned prior to test driving, which I greatly appreciated. However, when we arrived at the appointed time, we were left waiting for ten minutes or so. After two different salesmen left me and my husband waiting, "Ray" returned to express his "tremendous regret" that the vehicle in question had been sold. It felt like some kind of a set up job, as they had my contact information and did not bother to contact me when they ... hmmm.... went to clean the vehicle prior to the test drive???!!! Where was that vehicle that they acted so concerned about cleaning before and after every test drive??!! Enter at your own risk. I will not again. As an essential worker who is willing to take on the personal health risk of exposure for the benefit of the public, I am all the more insulted by Grieco Honda's total disregard for both my personal safety and the safety and health of those I serve daily. I am left with the impression that they knew the vehicle we were interested in was already sold, but they wanted to lure us in despite the health risks connected to the pandemic. More

I went in with a car in mind that ended up being sold. Ricardo made sure I did not leave the dealership without a car.
