Very pushy salesman. Sold me a xxx vehicle… pricey too. It’s middle of winter and the heating system blew. Gas tank door malfunctioning…. Typical pushy used-car dealership. You ask for no calls, communication via email and text only, and then a manager calls and says they thought via phone would be easier. When you politely tell the person email or text, it's like they didnt hear and keep pushing, which they call helping. When you speak with a manager, they dont own up to but keep giving a glowing report of the person you're talking to him about. They ask surprise saying they've never received a complaint about this person before, well, well, maybe that's because no one ever actually called back to speak up as I did. The manager took no responsibility. I tried to commiserate saying I knew that working with the public isn't always easy, but still no acknowledgement I finally said let me ask you a question, and I asked how do you feel about pushy sales people? Andenmark and he said I find them quite off putting, it's off putting, to which I said well there you go. When someone makes a mistake, it's best that they own up to it instead of trying to be as their way through it, through it, because let's face it most people are smart enough to know when that's what they're doing. Showing respect to potential customers by listening to what they have to say goes a long way karma and in kind, ignoring what they say just so that they can make the sale doesn't go a long way. I will not be visiting the dealership nor will I return any of their calls or emails. They had a car that I was interested in And would have been an hour's drive each way for me to look at. I've decided not to waste my time. I've also noticed how when a woman goes to deal with them they match them with a female sales person and when a man goes in there, they match him with a male sales person. I don't appreciate that. I don't care who I'm matched with when I go into a dealership but I don't want to be put with a female solely because on female. Typical used car sales people that play games. More
We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership, all gently pre-owned, and were very pleased with the prompt, professional service that we received.
