I contacted this dealership interested in a vehicle and they got back to me sooner than what I thought. At the dealer Phil Hadfield approached to me and offered to help me. He asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking so he went and got it for me. He noticed I was stressed and in rush because I needed a vehicle by the end of the week so he looked at me and said: "Relax, I am here to help you, I will be very honest with you so feel free to ask me any questions you have and please take your time". That made me feel very comfortable and like I was a valuable customer. He let me drive the vehicle for as long as I needed, answered every question I asked him and gave me all the important information about the vehicle. He truly made this experience easy and stress free. Molly stayed in touch with me during the whole time I was there making sure I was happy with the service.
