Ray was well informed, appropriately congenial, and demonstrated values such as honestly, forthrightness, and transparency that are not always true of sales persons. He went out of his way to answer questions. I would without any reservation recommend him to friends and associates...and have dones that already in fact. He is absolutely a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale!
