I have used a few others prior to her and they weren't nearly as easy going or forthcoming to speak with as she is. It's easy for service managers to recommend a lot of work and she has been fair - to my knowledge, which is somewhat mediocre. It says a lot to be able to trust when a service manager is suggesting something he/she isn't just suggesting it to hike your bill up but because the vehicle actually needs the work and when it doesn't, she won't push it. More
