I Came in for my appointment at 6:30 with Alex. Alex wasn't even available to take care of me for the time we had agreed on. How professional ... I was taken care of by another salesman. I inquired about leasing a new GT to which he said they don't lease GTs. I asked why and he said because they come back trashed. I guess he took me for a vandal. I asked him to please run the numbers regardless on a GT premium trim. He comes back with a $1400 monthly quote... I've seen Lamborghini's lease for less. . I asked him to re-run the numbers with a trade in valued at ~ $35,000 private sale on KBB (Kelly Blue Book). He comes back with a trade in value of $22,000 ... it gets worse.... I check the numbers because somehow my quoted monthly went up.... This salesman is either lazy or mentally stunted because he added my car's value price to the balance. I didn't even say anything, just grabbed my stuff, thanked him and walked off; if they make absolute rookie mistakes (or intentionally do these things), I can't imagine what doing business with these people would be like. Jesus Christ what a joke this place is. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT GRIECO FORD SERVICE! After arriving for an oil change, they said I needed a new battery, new wipers, cooling system flush in addition to the oil change! I refused all except the oil change. They were going to charge me over $700! CRIMINALS AND THIEVES AT GRIECO FORD SERVICE! When all was done I found that the service tech had rummaged through the glove box and left the driver's seat way out of position. LAZY SERVICE TECHS AT GRIECO FORD SERVICE! More

Very lazy mechanic work. Sorry but that's the truth. I rarely put a negative review but lately Ford Ft Lauderdale deserves a review like this because this is not the first Sorry but that's the truth. I rarely put a negative review but lately Ford Ft Lauderdale deserves a review like this because this is not the first time ive had issues with this place. I went there for oil and filter change and I asked them to check battery because it seemed faulty at times. Jeff attended me. His customer service was okay but he did not seem to be too enthusiastic about customer service. He just seemed to be going through the motions. He told me the battery was going to be $250 which is really steep. Total bill came up to $300 and change. After I took car later my windshield wipers were not working so I has to take it back to Jeff. They took it on back and got the windshield wipers working again. Jeff explained to me that there was some corrosion on the positive wire and that the wire was making weak contact to battery. He told me "oh take a brush to it and pour some boiling water to take the corrosion out" I just said okay and left. My question is the mechanics when they replaced the battery they should have cleaned the cable before installing the battery? I'm the customer. Why do I have to do that? I mean wow! That service should have been included on that outrageous price of $250 for a battery. The more I think about it, the more upset I get. Sorry if I'm over reacting but that's my take. Maybe I should go to ford of margate from now on. Please whoever is the boss at Ford ft lauderdale there let me know. Maybe there's a way to make this right but I want other customers to realize what they're getting into when they come to this dealership to this repair center. More
terrible service. I went for a warranty issue for my battery (2020 battery with 36 month warranty written right on it), they say since my car is out of warranty they I went for a warranty issue for my battery (2020 battery with 36 month warranty written right on it), they say since my car is out of warranty they won't honor the battery warranty even though they admit the battery is still under its warranty??? I ask for the manager who is to busy to speak (often the case) and the service guy gives me the number of the general manager. I call the number I was given which happened to be his personal number and the GENERAL MANAGER of the store didn't even take the time to ask why I was calling, instead he screamed for 5 minutes how dare I call him on his private phone and kept yelling who gave me his number. he was cursing and kept yelling, extremely rude and again this is the locations general manager Louis Izquierdo. Again never even asked why I was calling or how he could help me, just yelled and cursed. If this is how the general manager acts you can guess how the staff is acting if this is their example. very disappointed. also ford refused to honor the warranty so I simply drove to O'Reilies autocrats and within 5 minutes a free new battery warranty honored. Any dealer is a better dealer for ordering a new Ford than this dealer! This dealership is run by either the most incompetent or apathetic general manager in the whole car sales industry, possibly both. than this dealer! This dealership is run by either the most incompetent or apathetic general manager in the whole car sales industry, possibly both. I reserved a Ford Bronco in October of 2020 and placed an order the day the order banks went live. This was 577 days ago. They asked for a cash deposit on March 21, 2021 to secure my purchase order. In that time, I’ve had 3 sales persons handling my account. Each of them has told me that only the general manager can access the bronco files. Since my order, I have left an email, multiple voicemails, over 2 dozen phone calls, and 3 walk in appointments to meet this general manager, Mr. Louis Izquierdo. He has been unavailable for each and every one of them. He has not responded to my calls, given an estimate of my position in line, how many cars are allocated to the dealership, or even a rough ETA. Mr. Izquierdo, if you are reading this, you’re job is to sell cars. If you’re going to hold all the information to yourself, the least you can do is return correspondence. In receiving a deposit, they were legally required to provide me with a purchase price and timeline of delivery, pursuant to Florida 501.976 (10), which they have not. They have kept my money and held me arms length with no information when I can expect a production date, a delivery, or anything for that matter. For 431 days they have taken my deposit interest free without full filling their legal obligations to the deal. The customer service to follow has been abysmal. Whereas they expect me to spend $50,000 on a truck, they are unable to do the decency of signing a buyers order, give estimates or even basic reassurances. They’ve told me “Sir you’re going do what you’re going to do. Leave as many 1 star reviews as you want.” Use this deceptive dealer at your own risk. More

This dealership will do everything wrong from giving you misleading pricing till the day you sign papers and even transferring your tag incorrectly. Was even bribed by one of the managers to pay me a couple misleading pricing till the day you sign papers and even transferring your tag incorrectly. Was even bribed by one of the managers to pay me a couple thousand dollars if I didn’t want to pay an addendum on MY build. His exact words ( if you don’t take the truck and pay the mark up, we will and we will sell it to make more money than selling it to you) then offers me a couple Thousand to walk away again!! I can’t tell you enough to go shop somewhere else for a Ford Vehicle. I buy at least two cars a year and I’ve never dealt with an experience like this in my life More
Integrity - something that is sadly lacking at this dealership. You work hard to build a reputation but it only takes minutes to destroy it. Sometimes it is destroyed from within and the person causi dealership. You work hard to build a reputation but it only takes minutes to destroy it. Sometimes it is destroyed from within and the person causing the damage is no longer there but the damage remains and the lack of action on your part, to address the issue with the customer, means you are in agreement; making the damage that much worse. Having my car here for a routine oil change, I was advised I also needed a cabin filter. That turned a 45 minute wait, into a 3+ hour ordeal. No worries yet. Once home, I noticed how dirty the interior was and that my prescription sunglasses, left on the passenger seat, were damaged. I called and was assured by the gentleman on the phone, who made a point to tell me he wasn’t the service manager, he would look into it. Still no worries but it stops here. A week wen’t by and I got a call, inquiring why I didn’t give them all 5’s on the survey. I explained and was told to get the glasses repaired and they would reimburse me and oh, would I mind taking the survey again. I paid to have the sunglasses repaired and presented the damaged lens and receipt to the service receptionist, to her credit, the only one that would ever speak to me. Then they refused to fully reimburse me for the glasses and the service manager, David, lied about conversations I never had with him. The only reason I was making this an issue is the glasses were over $700. I also left numerous voice mails for the General Manager, Lewis Ivquierdo but never the courtesy of a reply. How can you trust this kind of investment, with a dealership that has NO INTEGRITY? You have too many options and I strongly suggest you investigate other options. More
