We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during our visit. The customer experience is of the utmost importance at our dealership and we always strive for excellence. I understand your frustration with the extending warranty but based on what we can see, this was purchased from another dealership. If this was purchased out of state, some exclusions can be part of a premium policy. Every state offers different types of warranties which cover a variety of work. As for the issue with stolen items, I checked with our service associate and when you notified her that $1.25 was missing from the vehicle, she immediately gave you back the money out of her pocket. As we discussed Ford's price increase is not something the dealership can control, and incentives for this are only offered to those original customers with reservations. As you were not the original customer with the reservation you would be entitled to this, still, we honored pricing for you. Your points will be awarded as soon as you bring your vehicle for correction of the recall issued right after your delivery.

Greico once again is lying and blaming everyone else but themselves. The recall for a safety belt issue is not going to be fixed until parts come in the 4th quarter of 2023 per the recall notice which was issued after the sale date. Greico also was the one to offer my husband to take over a cancelled order but Greico of course failed to update the system with my husband’s name. Lies, lies, lies. Where’s the license plate frame that you ordered 3 weeks ago that you said would come in in 2-3 days Maurice? TIME TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR FAILURE AS A DEALERSHIP!
