2024 Vapor Blue Stang I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin(Sales Consultant), his assistant Caroline, and Ronald (Finance Manager), at the dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of th working with Justin(Sales Consultant), his assistant Caroline, and Ronald (Finance Manager), at the dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service they provided. I needed to trade in my old Mustang with a blown-out engine 😩, and they made the entire process hassle-free. Not only did they confirm the availability of the cars I was interested in, but they also had them ready for test drives, and the paperwork was completed in no time. This experience was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. What's even more impressive is that my previous experience with this dealership was great 8 years ago, and they've managed to make it even better this time. I'm truly sorry to see some people have had bad experiences, but I hope my review can help anyone looking for an honest and recent account of a sales transaction. Justin, Caroline, and Ronald are a remarkable team, and I highly recommend their outstanding service. My new Blue Crush is just straight up bad xxx! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! It would be impossible for me to list all the issues I have had with this dealership. To start, when I bought my vehicle there, for a couple hou !!!! It would be impossible for me to list all the issues I have had with this dealership. To start, when I bought my vehicle there, for a couple hours they refused to give me the internet advertised price on my vehicle. They kept saying that not everyone qualifies for the internet price. I had to literally pull up the vehicle on the internet showing them that there was no required disclaimer on any site (cars.com, autotrader.com, or the dealer’s site) that said anything about “ not everyone will qualify for this price”. After threatening to file a complaint with the state, they agreed to sell me the vehicle at the advertised price. After the lousy buying process, I always went to Pompano Ford for service as they had a great reputation. Unfortunately, Pompano Ford closed near the end of the Pandemic. At that time I thought I would give Greico’s service department a try as they are only a few minutes drive from my home. They have given me nothing but frustration and headaches. The biggest problem is they literally have a thief working there that steals money/items from my vehicle while in their possession. I am sure the dealership is aware of the problem, yet it continues to happen nearly a year after I first took my vehicle there for service. In addition, I do not trust the mechanics. I have been told my vehicle requires work (not maintenance) that “is not covered by my Ford Extended Service Plan” despite the fact that I have the top tier warranty that is an extension of the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. I review everything they tell me with a friend that is a retired Ford mechanic. He has told me they are lying to me and I need to take my vehicle elsewhere. The problem is the Ford extended warranty REQUIRES that my vehicle be worked on at a Ford dealership. From now on, I will just have to drive much farther to get my vehicle serviced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY. More

Hands down the worst car-buying experience in my lifetime. To begin, in August of 2022 we purchased a 2019 Expedition from Greico Ford with just over 20k miles and turned in a 2020 Chrysler Pacif lifetime. To begin, in August of 2022 we purchased a 2019 Expedition from Greico Ford with just over 20k miles and turned in a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica van with around the same mileage. Knowing the car only had 20k miles we decided to purchase the extended warranty, gap insurance and all the other bells and whistles. According to the Carfax we received, the car had front left bumper damage due to hitting a deer in North Carolina. No big deal, people hit deer all the time... Sold, car purchased. Fast forward to November of 2022, the entire center console of the car fell through into the floor, cup holders and all. We brought the car into Pines Ford, where they were great and helpful, unlike Greico. Pines Ford would not touch anything on the car once they looked up the VIN number to find the car had been in what seemed to be a rollover accident where the car was damaged on all 4 sides. The Expedition seemed like it should have been totaled. They informed us to go back to Greico and have the car fixed properly and make sure there was no frame damage. We decided to call up to Greico Ford and they basically told us nothing we can do, you bought the car and it has been 6 months... We then called Grieco Automotive Group and they were extremely rude and basically told us tough luck. Quality customer service... right? We brought the car back to Greico after receiving the news from Pines Ford and were told by Louis (GM) and Jon (Used Car Sales Manager) there was nothing they can do. They lied to us multiple times about where the work was done on the vehicle, who did the work, etc. Long story short, they agreed to look at the car in detail and we provided them a checklist of everything that was wrong. We even told Louis we drive 3 kids around in this vehicle and he responded with "And?" After about 2 months, yes I said 2 months, they said there was no frame damage and fixed a few of the minor issues. Apparently, everything was fixed and in good shape. Fast forward again to March of 2023, we were driving the expedition and someone happened to back into us. Filed claim with insurance and brought the car into the collision shop. The collision shop was great and got everything back up to par on the vehicle but they did call me to tell me the following: "Ummmm, did you know this car was in a major accident? The entire back end of the car was put back together and welded incorrectly." This came directly from the collision shop... So we tried to call back to Greico and of course, as always, no response from Louis, the GM. We have now brought the case to Ford Corporate where they cannot get a response from Louis either and apparently, no one else at Greico can help us. DO NOT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT STARTS AT THE TOP WITH THE GM LOUIS IZQUIERDO! NO WONDER WHY LOUIS LEFT RICK CASE... RICK CASE AUTOMOTIVE HAS INTEGRITY AND CLEARLY GREICO IS A BUNCH OF PEOPLE LOOKING TO SCAM PEOPLE, EVEN IN CORPORATE! UPDATE… we have called corporate and filed a complaint. Corporate has yet to get in touch with Louis (the GM). How is it possible that even Ford Corporate cannot get in touch with the dealership!? Unbelievable!!! This has been since June and the complaint claim is still open with no resolution. Ford Motor Company you need to do better and look into this awful dealership. They’re giving Ford a bad name. UPDATE- the dealership closed the case with Ford Corporate saying they addressed all of the issues. However, THEY HAVE NOT. They have not contacted us and are lying to Ford Corporate. Ford needs to look into this corrupt and dishonest dealership, especially Louis, the GM. More

After threat of lawsuit they gave us the car at the agreed contract price. Maurice, the salesman is impossible to get on the phone to respond to several items they failed to include on the car. When we walk into the dealer, we are made to wait 2 hours to speak to a manager who tells us they are working on it. We never get a straight answer from them. They are liars and they are thieves. Help yourself avoid a nightmare experience by going to a different ford dealer. Greico earned their 2 star rating More
