Our recent experience with Greico Ford was outstanding. Darlene in the service department was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car in for diagnosis. Once the diagnosis was made, she ordered the parts which were covered under warranty. We had previously tried to get in at other Ford dealerships to get the car looked at and were given a date more than a month away. Darlene had the car in within a few days of our first phone call. At the time, Darlene said the parts could take 4 to 6 months to come in, which was understandable given the current supply problems. Fortunately, the parts came in much sooner than expected and the car has been repaired already. Thank you, Darlene, for your kindness, understanding, professionalism and wonderful customer service. I live 9 hours away in Byron, Georgia. Marvin did great in sending me great video of the mustang I wanted. When I arrived, Marvin had car setting out front and ready. He did great. If you need your car serviced GO ELSEWHERE. It’s like they don’t want to work. The people answering the phone is completely rude when transferring to the correct department. Service department is terrible. Slow to respond to concerns and can't seem to (or want to) find the problem with my vehicle. Had it with them for 14 days and they never looked at it...then they told me all of the sudden it was fixed because they reset a code...my vehicle did the exact same thing on my drive home from their shop. When I cled back to ask about bringing it back in they said I'd have to go to the back of the line again. They also told me since my vehicle wasn't showing in error codes in the computer that they didn't really know what they would do. I have gone elsewhere now. If you can avoid Greico Ford in Delray you should steer clear. They will not help you. More
I put a refundable deposit on a Bronco when they announced they were bringing them back. I was so excited and was told at that time the dealership would contact me to place the order I the future. announced they were bringing them back. Well I think we are aware of the delays in making of the vehicle, when I was contacted in on March 26,2021 by Lydia of Grieco Ford in Delray I decided to cancel. I was also told I would receive the deposit, that she would take care of it. This was done by text messages which I still have. Fast forward to a year later I still have not received the deposit after speaking to many sales agent's in this dealership. Lastly was Bervin and the sales manager Jeff. I have sent the email to cancel as requested by Jeff who also told me he would send a confirmation. I have have received nothing. I have filed complaints with the state and BBB. I am now so grateful I did not go ahead with this purchase. And any thoughts of buying a Bronco in the future have been put to rest after this. It feels fraudulent at best. UPDATE: After posting this I got a call from Tara with their customer service. It's awful that it takes a bad review to get a phone call back from this dealership. After the same apologies and promises from Tara I still have no refunded deposit after 2 weeks! She told me they would be sending me a check because my card number changed. Then she asked if I would take my review down. As you can see I declined. This place has some nerve. I am just guessing that is why they have more good reviews than bad on Google. Because on Yelp its a different story. I just talked to Tara again and now they want ANOTHER cancelation in writing when they already have 2. The last email I sent to Jeff their sales manager. If you are looking to buy a car from here I suggest looking at other review sites to arm yourself with all the information to make a good decision and look for problematic areas before your purchase. If they can't make a simple deposit right I would be concerned about spending 50K or more with them. More

He got all the information regarding what we were looking for, what we had seen already, and what price he needed to beat and he came back with only one car that made sense. The car was absolutely perfect. He did not apply any pressure and simple presented what made sense considering our needs. It was a great experience all around. I will probably need another car soon and will certainly reach out to Richard again. More
