Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape in mid-November for my dad who is living in Delray. Had to bring it in for service at the end of December, turns out it needed a new battery and cables which are not covered un who is living in Delray. Had to bring it in for service at the end of December, turns out it needed a new battery and cables which are not covered under the regular warranty OR the extra warranty I purchased because it is considered "normal wear and tear", which I was not aware of when I purchased the extra warranty since I was told it would cover everything on the car. I had NO issues with Scott, our salesman or Trevor, our service writer, however, I did have an issue with the sales manager Jeff, who proceeded to "mansplain" to me how a car battery works and how it is "like the battery in a TV remote control that you buy from Best Buy.' He was very condescending, being a woman does not make me ignorant when it comes to cars or car batteries, which is what he implied. I know how to change a battery, check and change the oil, check tire pressure and change a flat. The fact that I was in New York and the car was in Florida was the only thing stopping me from taking care of it myself. Scott, our salesman, was wonderful, he was helpful, considerate and made purchasing the car an easy experience, even sending a car for my dad when it was time to take possession of the car. Trevor, our service writer, was terrific as well, getting back to me quickly and always polite, he made sure that my dad was picked up and brought to the dealership to get his car back, and he ensured that the car was clean. Scott, Trevor and the receptionists (who were ALWAYS polite, cheerful and helpful), are the only people saving this from being a one star review. More

They could have checked the day before but they did not! Wasted 4 hours there and then left with one year old vehicle to have the “change oil light “ come on 20 miles down the road! I have been calling this dealership for over a week. My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. I paid $36500 cash for this car plus $675 for delivery and n My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. I paid $36500 cash for this car plus $675 for delivery and now I have to pay $520 for a new key. And no manager will return my call. Two keys is a pretty standard item to expect when paying a premium price for a used car. I heard from them multiple times a day before I paid them their money. Now crickets. More

Our recent experience with Greico Ford was outstanding. Darlene in the service department was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car in for diagnosis. Once the diagnosis was made, she ordered the parts which were covered under warranty. We had previously tried to get in at other Ford dealerships to get the car looked at and were given a date more than a month away. Darlene had the car in within a few days of our first phone call. At the time, Darlene said the parts could take 4 to 6 months to come in, which was understandable given the current supply problems. Fortunately, the parts came in much sooner than expected and the car has been repaired already. Thank you, Darlene, for your kindness, understanding, professionalism and wonderful customer service. I live 9 hours away in Byron, Georgia. Marvin did great in sending me great video of the mustang I wanted. When I arrived, Marvin had car setting out front and ready. He did great.
