I guess there is a valid reason why this dealer has such poor ratings. It is because of their people and poor customer service skills. I was trying to buy a truck from long distance, at first the communication with sales manager Kevin Boufford via phone and text was cordial. I really liked the truck they had, to the point I was willing to drive all the way from NC to FL to close this deal. I made an offer for the truck, but it seems my offer hurt Kevin's feeling and sensitivities that he decided to first not give me a counter offer, then to reply saying " to hold on to the offer for 60 days and will consider if the vehicle is still there", and then he chose to ignore any other communication attempt. Good job Kevin and Greico Ford of Delray Beach! More

He also explained the disconnect that likely caused the lack of disclosure to happen; whatever the case, when he was presented with the situation, he did as much of the "right thing" as one could reasonably hope for. I went into Greico Ford to look at cars as my lease was snout to end. I was greeted by Tanner who was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I never felt pressured and I planned to look at other cars bu snout to end. I was greeted by Tanner who was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
