This place is absolutely awful. Not only will I never step foot in this establishment again, but I will avoid purchasing a Ford vehicle altogether. The negotiation process took 9 hours when it should have taken half that time, they kept me there all day so I would be more likely to make a deal instead of walk away. Finally, we shook hands and they let me leave with the car. The next day they called me to come back in so they could "tint my windows for free." When I got there, they put me in an office and called in the finance manager to tell me they couldn't do the deal they promised me, and offered me a new deal that was $50/month more! They tricked me into coming back to the dealership for free tint, when it was really just a set up for me to bring the car back! I wound up taking back my old car instead of paying Fusion money for a Fiesta. You shouldn't expect ethical business practice from any car dealership, but this was beyond anything I've ever experienced. More
