Worst Experience Ever with this Uncaring Dealership After reaching a very rude girl a few weeks ago when I was trying to make a service appointment, I again tried to make one today. First I pressed the After reaching a very rude girl a few weeks ago when I was trying to make a service appointment, I again tried to make one today. First I pressed the number for service, it rang a few times and then hung up on me. I then called back again and spoke to the operator who advised me that the person in the service department was out on lunch, try back in another 15 minutes. I called back again, and asked to speak to the GM of the dealership. I guess the operator has no idea who that is as I was sent to the Director of Service. Voicemail again. Called back again for the actual GM and was told he was away dealership (I wouldn't want to be there either).I left a voicemail message. Again, no response or callback. Absolute fail for this dealership experience and I feel if a person ever buys a vehicle here it would be a big mistake! More
