Very reasonable prices This is my second car with them, in addition I introduced my mother to the mazda 6 which she also purchased from metro I worked with Steve Fredis, and he was very helpful and I was close to where I wanted to pay monthly. Since I purchased it it's higher than a lease.. Highly recommend!!! More

I received a letter in the mail saying that they really needed my 2007 Mazda 3 and that they would offer me 100% of the original MSRP (with of course a lot of fine print about how much they would deduct for mileage), so I checked the dealership out online. They had the lowest prices I had seen anywhere, so I decided to go in. I arrived and walked around the lot for quite a while with no one offering to help, even though there didn't appear to be any other customers around. I went in to the sales room and waited around for a while until finally Brandon said he would help me. I told Brandon that I would like to trade in my car for a 2012 Mazda 3. He said he would take me for a test drive and then he'd get me "a great deal". It took forever for him to get the car out and ready for a test drive. Finally, when in the car, my friend that was shopping with me asked Brandon some questions about the car, and it was very obvious that Brandon was making things up as he went along. He didn't seem to know anything more than I did about the Mazda 3. In fact, when we were back at the lot and looking for a car to take out, I told him I liked silver. I found a car that was silver, and even listed it's color as silver on the window sticker, and Brandon told me there were no silver ones. I said, what about this one? And he tried to back talk his way out of it, saying something about a different silver color he was talking about. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, I told him I loved the car and was ready to buy it as long as I got a good deal and fair trade value for my car. He came back with a car payment that was almost $500. He also was offering WAY below Kelly Blue Book value for my trade. I told him that wasn't going to work, so he went back to "try again". He came back with another ridiculously high monthly payment and a slight increase on my trade value. I told him again that it wasn't going to work, and that I knew that my car was worth a lot more. He began to get very defensive, claiming that it didn't matter what he did, I wasn't going to be able to get the car for the payment that I wanted. I told him that I would go somewhere else, and he told me that I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere. He told me that he checked and that the "Providence Mazda" didn't have any either. I live in Providence, and therefore I knew that there is NO Providence Mazda. To summarize, Brandon was rude, not knowledgeable about Mazdas at all, and not motivated to sell me a car. I left the dealer, and ended up going to Clay Chevrolet in Norwood, MA the next day, where I purchased a 2012 vehicle for a great deal from a very helpful salesman, Brian Greeley. I would NEVER recommend Metro Mazda to anyone. More

My lease was coming up to date so I decided to go to Metro Mazda to see what my options were. I was greeted by Brian Kirby. From the beginning he was extremly personable and patient. He took time to take me on a test drive and was able to work with me to fit the parameters of my budget. He answered all of my questions, along with explaining all of the new features of the CX9. I was completly impressed with his product knowlegde. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I highly reccomend speaking to Brian if you ever visit Metro. More

I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and I would recommend this dealer to friends (whom also own Mazda"s). More
My husband and daughter had been there the previous day to look at a car for me and had made the appointment with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy, I was given a test drive and had the option to go where I wanted. During the purchase of the car he was also very helpful and so was the financial person that did all the paperwork. Last time I purchased a car was in 2003 and this was a very different experience. He even called me after I bought the vehicle making sure everything is going well with the Fusion. By the way I absolutely love my Fusion I would recommend this vehicle if your looking for a spacious sedan! Most dealerships ship you out as quick as possible after you sign the papers and don't bother to call you at all! I would definetely come here again and again!! Friendly, quick, and honest customer service! I was hesitate on coming here because of the bad reviews on dealerrater but dont always believe what you see! They first contacted me with an email saying they had great deals and 0.9% APR financing for 5 yrs. After I asked for a quote for Mazda5, they gave me $18.900, which was $400 and $600 higher than other great deals and 0.9% APR financing for 5 yrs. After I asked for a quote for Mazda5, they gave me $18.900, which was $400 and $600 higher than other dealers I had contacted. Then they tell me they will beat any other offer by $200. So I decided to stop by. First they made us wait for at least 30 mins just to go get the car for me to test drive. After the test drive, I come to talk to Jeremy to discuss the deal. He makes us wait for another 15 mins, while he is not even with other customers. Then he gives me a quote for $19.500, to which I respond to go check your own first offer which is $18.900!! Then he looks and say OK, 18900. I say but you said you offered $200 lower than any other dealership, and I show him the printout I got offered 18500 from another dealer. And he goes, then you got a good deal there!!! So, I ask, what is that "$200 below other offers" all about? Can't you honor your own pledge? And he says no, you got a good deal there. Then I ask about their financing, and he says if you have good credit, it would be 2.9%, which was again, in contradiction to their emails and advertisements. So I walked out. I would definitely not recommend Metro Ford & Mazda. They give you bait prices and offers they won't even honor. Other reviews also confirm this. Don't waste your time going to Metro Ford & Mazda. There are plenty of better Mazda dealers in the area. Try for instance Quirk Mazda. I made my purchase with them and am very happy with their service and the deal they offered me ($600 below MF&M) with lower financing rates. More
