altered the original purchase and sales agreement I reached a price agreement with the dealer on 6/30/16 for a special ordered 2016 ford edge titanium. At the time there was a factory incentive of $10 I reached a price agreement with the dealer on 6/30/16 for a special ordered 2016 ford edge titanium. At the time there was a factory incentive of $1000.00 and 0% financing. At the time of signing I didn't get a copy of the P&S agreement so I had the salesman email me a copy, which he did. The car took 11 weeks to arrive @ the dealership. When we went to pick up the car (9/16/16) I wanted the balance lowered by $750.00 because the incentive had increased to $1750.00 and up to 48 months financing @ 0%. (They had already given me $1000.00). They refused to do so, even though I was told that I had to go by the current rebates. When we were arguing about the money the manager brought out a copy of the P&S agreement that THEY HAD DOCTORED TO SHOW A $3000.00 INCREASE. At the time I had a copy of the original P&S that the salesman had emailed me showing the correct and agreed to price I refused to sign anything and demanded my $1000.00 deposit back. I have since called Ford Motor Corp. and explained the situation to them. I am also checking to see if altering that P&S agreement was legal. More
Cash buyers beware. I recently started looking for a new car. I contacted the dealership asking if the car was still available. I was told and that they would love for me I recently started looking for a new car. I contacted the dealership asking if the car was still available. I was told and that they would love for me to come look at it in person. They responded quickly and were friendly. The saleswoman said: "Right now at Grieco Ford, we are looking to make every possible deal." I was excited at the enthusiasm but then within 30 minutes I was appalled by this dealer. I asked about the types of payment that they accept when not financing and got this as a reply, "The price advertised on the website is with dealer financing, you can choose to pay cash, but the price would be different." I was hoping that she was joking. Then the next email said that they wanted almost $2000 more for the car because I wasn't going to be financing it. I'm no expert in vehicle sales analytics but I'm pretty sure that isn't how you make every deal possible. She went on to say "Our website clearly says that our advertised price is financing with the dealership." She was explaining that using 5 words at the very bottom of the ad CLEARLY state that, excuse me for not having my magnifying glass out to read that. In short, they respond quickly and kindly but lack the skills to make a good buying experience with cash or 3rd party financing. More

When I arrived there was a sold ticket on the truck. Was told they took a deposit on the phone but the night before was told it was available . They then tried to show me more expensive trucks and I basically walked out. Later that day I received a call saying the truck was availed that the person who bought that truck decided to buy another. Took the truck for a test drive with salesman Mike, the truck had some issues including a few cracks in the windshield. I did end up purchasing the truck with the agreement the windshield would be replaced and the issue with the truck would be fixed. On the day of signing they did fix the issue with the truck but not the windshield I was told they would send a company to my home to replace it. I then drove out and within a mile the passenger side window did not work, I turned around and went back. Made a appointment to drop the truck off to fix the lever for the window and to have to windshield replaced. Took it back for a day, picked it up and again no windshield but they slapped an inspection sticker on it with the cracks in windshield. They again said they would send a company down to fix it on Saturday. Saturday came. No one showed. I'm then called and there reply was they needed my title for my trade before they would fix the windshield. My wife took the title to the dealership and again was told that they would have a company come to my house to replace it. Saturday came..no company and no replaced windshield. Now it's beyond the 30 days and they will no longer return my calls. At this point it is no necessarily about the windshield it is more about the blanten disrespect and lack of professionalism . It's a windshield. I contacted the better business and opened a claim. I'm done with this dealer and suggest to take your business to a reputable dealer. They are out there but unfortunately it is not this dealer More

However, the customer service following the purchase is horrendous! No one answers their phones and when you leave a message they do not get back to you. They also suggest emailing them, but fail to respond to that as well. It is practically impossible to get anyone on the phone. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. They even had the sales manager come over who made me sit down and he gave me this extremely cocky speech and was extremely condescending. They made me feel like I could not physically leave the building, that is how ridiculous this experience was. There are too many great dealerships around to bother with this place. More
