One of the worst Ford Dealers in the Northeast driven by greed and taking advantage of consumers while making you think they care. Please DO NOT fall for this scandal giving away your money to dealers like this. On top of the "$30,000.00" over MSRP" scam, they get many incentives over the sale to include Holdback, Dealer Incentives, Marketing incentive and the list goes on and on... Remember, as soon as you drive that car off the lot, you lost tens of thoughts of dollars in the 1st year of owning your vehicle. And if you total it, all that money you paid over MSRP is GONE along with the depreciation! The money that a car manufacturer pays a dealership for selling a new vehicle is called a dealer holdback. The holdback is typically a percentage of the car's sticker price (MSRP) or invoice price, and can range from 1% to 3%. The amount is predetermined by the manufacturer for each vehicle on the dealer's lot. The holdback allows dealers to sell a car at or below invoice price while still covering the costs of doing business, such as advertising and sales commissions. Dealers are not allowed to use the holdback money for price negotiations. Manufacturers also offer other incentives to dealers to help move cars, such as dealer cash. Dealer cash is a bonus incentive that manufacturers sometimes offer to help clear out lots, especially at the end of a model year. Dealer cash is rarely advertised. Manufacturers also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives to dealers. For example, a FORD dealership that meets their monthly sales incentive could receive $50,000 to $200,000 or more from the factory. Be careful, be smart! DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP! STOP THESE DEALERS!!!! Car was washed with Brushes as there are starches thought the paint of the car, the car windshield was re glued they said it was bird sap, blamed it on the car being black. The list goes on and on, their reviews are fate, they will tell you if you give them a 5 star review they will order you weather tech mats!!! The owner couldn't be bother to address my concerns, and the both GM & SM are useless. They on have a 3 day policy! More

had work done as warranty recall driver side airbag and the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem wit the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem with airbag, I should have just left it alone. I think this should be repaired as warranty because it stems from a recall. If the airbag malfunctions I will hold Grieco ford responsible More
