On 12/04/21 ( Saturday ), I took my vehicle in for service to have an oil change & tire rotation to include as well to have the vehicle checked for issues with starting difficulties in the morning wh service to have an oil change & tire rotation to include as well to have the vehicle checked for issues with starting difficulties in the morning which occurred 3 times in my driveway. He asked if I wanted to I could leave the vehicle at the dealership over the weekend and they could looked into the issue which I then just had the oil change & tire rotation done which was over prize giving the times I had this service done it was overpriced this time. I was told by Jonathan Marroquinero ( Service Adviser) that they could not check my vehicle for the starting issues I referred above due to unavailability of a Technician on Saturday/weekend, and that I would need to return in the week to have it looked at. I returned on 7 Dec 21 ( Tuesday) at 8:00am and and was seen again by Jonathan Marroquin ( Service Adviser ). He once again suggested I leave the vehicle for the day as it was going to take sometime to have a Technician looked into the starting issues. I said I would wait for the vehicle and he explained it may take all day up unto 4:00 - 4:30 pm to have my vehicle back. Well, hold and behold I sat outside on the benches at the dealership and watch cars in and out of the dealership that came for service way after 8:00am that was serviced. My vehicle was parked just feet away where all the vehicles were parked once they are checked in awaiting a mechanic/technician to take it into the bay to be worked on. Twelve noon (12:00) came and my vehicle just continued to sit there and not one time did Jonathan approach me and gave me an explanation or to update me on the status of why my vehicle had not been worked on since I arrived at the dealership at 8:00am. Four (4) hours of dissatisfaction and disappointment of the type of service. I then asked for my keys as I was fed up and ready to leave which I did having to wait 10 minutes more because they couldn’t find my vehicle keys. ( over frustrated) This is not the service I expected to received having been there numerous times. Poor service which needs to be improved “DRASTICALLY “ Is this because of the new take over from Phill Smith Chevrolet to now Grieco Chevrolet ? I would never take my vehicle there again after this fiasco and wouldn’t even recommend my friends and family to this dealership. More
Waste of time. I spoke with Mike over the phone and wanted to buy a Suburban. He gave me the price and even text it to me. I asked him what other charges they would add on the invoice. And I asked him if they had any other discounts. He said $500 off and if you are a healthcare provider then $500 off. I met Mike and he handed me off to a salesman. We sat down and after 10 Minutes he came back and said they would be adding $10,000 premium fee. I couldnt believe it. I drove all the way from Delray over 1/2 and hour and they just decided they would tag on extra fees. Would you buy from a place like this? Buyer beware with them since this business practice of tagging extra up charge fees should be known to the public before you even walk into their place. I would never buy from them. Go to a dealer that gives you an upfront price not one that plays games. More

This review is for finance department. We bought a 2017 CHEVROLET EQUINOX 4D LS in May 2019, and the car got totaled on Dec 31, 2020. We bought a gap insurance and extended warranty with for peace of mind CHEVROLET EQUINOX 4D LS in May 2019, and the car got totaled on Dec 31, 2020. We bought a gap insurance and extended warranty with for peace of mind in the event like this, but instead it had been a nightmare to deal with. The gap insurance keep telling us to call the finance department to cancel the warranty, but the finance department keep denying us. We file a complaint through their website, but no feedback from them. They seem to only response when you write a review, but won't try to help you. They were only helpful when they were trying to make you get the car, after that they are no help at all. More
We recently moved to Jacksonville and unfortunately had to leave this dealership which was a huge loss to us. We both drive Chevys and had all of our maintenance done here, they were beyond helpful and car to leave this dealership which was a huge loss to us. We both drive Chevys and had all of our maintenance done here, they were beyond helpful and caring to us each and every time. No job was to small and they were honest and upfront about everything. I had a recall on my vehicle once and they made sure to get me in as soon as possible and provide me with a loaner vehicle that day. Communication was very easy with them and we never felt we were being taken advantage of. We sure do miss this dealership having moved so far away. More
Racist. Racist. Racist. I had my car serviced at this location about two weeks ago, and recently my car would not start. I called the service Dept. to discuss that the car was not starting and I was goin location about two weeks ago, and recently my car would not start. I called the service Dept. to discuss that the car was not starting and I was going to have it towed to their location. I spoke with the service manager James, he was extremely RACIST, rude and insensitive to my situation and the fact that I was stranded without a vehicle after they had worked on my car only two weeks previously. My car is fairly new so I knew they messed something up. During my horrible call with James, he stated that they would charge me $158 for a diagnostic test and followed up with “now that you know it’s $158, I bet you’ll change your mind about bringing it in here.” James made the assumption that I could not afford to pay the cost and his bias made him ignorant. He made that statement because I’m a minority. It was uncalled for, unprofessional, and stereotypical. This location is terrible. It’s nit juts James, the workers here are rude, nasty, and just hates their job. More
I came in for service for not having any cold air blowing, and new tires. I usually see Marcio Ribeiro as he always explains every detail as to what to expect and is an excellent service rep. As usual the service was excellent , even as they kept the truck overnight waiting on a part. I have been coming to this dealership for over 10 years for service and sales and is by far the best. Keep up the good work guys!!!! More
