I would have given this review more stars because the staff was very friendly. Also having visited another dealership prior to going to Grieco, I appreciated that their cars did not have addendums poste staff was very friendly. Also having visited another dealership prior to going to Grieco, I appreciated that their cars did not have addendums posted, which the other dealership did on all their cars,, but with this said, i realized My sales person Camilo and the finance guy (Bruno dos Santos) pulled a fast one on me. I was there because i inquired about a specific car (2024 Equinox LT) with the Costco Auto program and it directed me to this dealership. When i arrived i mentioned to the sales person what i was looking for and said i was there because of the Costco auto program. Once i sat with Camilo, i immediately asked for the Costco Price Sheet which are the instructions on the confirmation page for the program, i asked SEVERAL times for this price sheet, to which he would say he was getting every time he walked away to present his manager with our request but never returned with it. He was banking on us forgetting since we were already at the dealership for 3 hours hungry and we did. He knew he could not finagle the car price once i had that in hand. when he would return he would say "you're getting $1000 off with Costco program" but did not bring the pricing sheet - NEVER! Not to mention, the deal i agreed with Camilo, was not what i was getting once i got to the finance person, Bruno Dos Santos, he was adding additional items not previously discussed with my sales person. I will be also informing Costco of this practice and disappointment. More

I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday for warranty repairs,Information said it could take up to 72 hours for vehicle to be diagnosed. Here it is the following Thursday and I still don’t have my vehicl repairs,Information said it could take up to 72 hours for vehicle to be diagnosed. Here it is the following Thursday and I still don’t have my vehicle my truck wasn’t looked at to following week then was told parts would need ordering no communication from service advisor at all . I had to reach out to him . Will not return to this dealership for not even oil change. Discussed with this advisor all type of excuses lost phone out sick etc etc More
