Rude service manager I took my Hummer in for a recall due to faulty connector for the HVAC blower. I was stuck with walking around everywhere for a couple hours with some I took my Hummer in for a recall due to faulty connector for the HVAC blower. I was stuck with walking around everywhere for a couple hours with some parts. I went through the front showroom to get to my vehicle to put the parts in the vehicle. The tech was very polite and he said he would be finished in about 20 minutes. He was outside the building with my vehicle. I went over and tossed the parts in the rear seat and walked away. I had only gone for 20 feet of so when the service manager came up to me yelling and telling me not to walk through the shop anymore. I never walked through their shop. I understand insurance companies don't allow customers in the work areas. I told him I walked through the front of the building at the showroom area but he still insisted that I walked in a restricted area and not to do it again. Needless to say, I am never going to this place again. What a jerk!!! More
