Service I have been using the Greico service center for my 2014 Silverado for several years. Staff are always professional always courteous and helpful and th I have been using the Greico service center for my 2014 Silverado for several years. Staff are always professional always courteous and helpful and they make you comfortable and offer a bottled water or specialty coffee while you wait. The only minor disappointment was they normally wash my truck after it is serviced and this time they didn’t. More

RIP off I went in because of an airbag fault light, they told tell me it was going to be over $500 to fix a seat belt tensioner. I have brought my car in bef I went in because of an airbag fault light, they told tell me it was going to be over $500 to fix a seat belt tensioner. I have brought my car in before for the same warning light and they put some type of by pass wire because there was heavy resistance in one of the wires. That job cost me over $300 and the light still came back on. So I dont feel good about my experience, time, money wasted and car not fixed. More

Service DEPT Rebecca has informed me about Chevrolet programs. For instance, if my car which has 120 thousand miles on it has major issues, I can trade it in and Rebecca has informed me about Chevrolet programs. For instance, if my car which has 120 thousand miles on it has major issues, I can trade it in and do not have to pay cost for check of the vehicle. She is a wonderful sales person and quite persistent. Because of her, I am strongly considering trading in my car when it is time.
