We own our 4. Volt and hat some bad experience with the service. Our 2013 Volt was twice in service for a battery problem and twice we had the car for over a month by you. For Tuesday we had an appointment service. Our 2013 Volt was twice in service for a battery problem and twice we had the car for over a month by you. For Tuesday we had an appointment for our 2017 Volt and on Thursday I got a call that the car just went for an inspection. 2 days the car was in the dealership and nothing was done on it. Today it’s Friday and we don’t know what’s going on. In the last 4 years we purchased 4 cars in your dealership and that’s how you care about your customers. Good luck with future business. If we would be like you to our customers we would be out of business. We also own a Tesla since 2 years and I think you should learn from the best, Thanks for bad service. Best regards Yves Putz More

The worst service experience ever. my car needed an upstream O2 sensor. I was quoted almost my car needed an upstream O2 sensor. I was quoted almost $600 to remove and replace it. A direct replacement part from Bosch at AutoZone cost $60 wit my car needed an upstream O2 sensor. I was quoted almost $600 to remove and replace it. A direct replacement part from Bosch at AutoZone cost $60 with tax. It took me 20 minutes to replace it. Most of that time was just getting to the electrical connection to unplug the old one. How you can attempt to charge me almost $600 for a repair that takes less than a half an hour and consists of unscrewing and unplugging an O2 sensor, then plugging and screwing it back in. Telling me an O2 sensor is something related to the Voltec system and only a Voltec certified mechanic can service it is disingenuous at best and insulting as well. It's part of a 1.4 liter GASOLINE ENGINE. Did Jonathan think I don't know ANYTHING about my car? I'll come to you when I need the Voltec system serviced, if not, I'm sorry but I can't use a service department that over charges for minimal repairs. More
