I took off work to have my transmission checked 1 week appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me. So I only got my oil chgd & appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me.
