Service advisor Reuben seemed more preoccupied watching videos on his phone than customer service. I scheduled an oil change online with tire rotation. They didn’t do the tire rotation and the excuse was videos on his phone than customer service. I scheduled an oil change online with tire rotation. They didn’t do the tire rotation and the excuse was that whatever you schedule online doesn’t transfer to their system. Overall unpleasant experience. I spent over $1,200 there on my previous vist and this is how they treat a repeat (money spending) customer. I will take my business to another Chevy dealer. More
It is premature to rate a (used) car that I’ve had to drive for only a couple of weeks. Let me say for now, That Richard Dalby, Service Advisor did a spectacular job amidst difficult circumstances.
