we returned our car because end of lease. We opted to go with another manufacturer after the previous 4 cars were from your family of vel. The issue is we worked with the same gentleman for a few yrs but after he retired about 2 yrs ago we had some as experiences. Service person attempted to add on unnecessary items when my wife brought in the car. These were no grey area things these two accounts were crystal clear deliberate efforts to overcharge my wife. Honestly it really lowered our feelings about the brand in general. We tried a different dealership with Chevy but both my wife and I soured on Chevy a brand we truly liked and enjoyed.Of course one bad apple should not change our opinion on a family of cars but what can i say it did.
