Love my Truck! I had a tonneau cover installed on my new truck and had problems with missing parts, so took longer than it should have. After my warranty ended I have bounced around to conveniently locat I purchased my car from this dealership a few years ago and had excellent service. After my warranty ended I have bounced around to conveniently located mechanics for maintenance. I stopped into a Pep Boys to get my oil changed/tires rotated plus asking about new break pads and having my AC checked. My jaw hit the floor with the “issues” they found and the insane cost estimate. Being a female and feeling I may be taken advantage of and wanted to get a 2nd opinion, I returned to the dealership. I was treated with honesty, respect and updated along the service process. After all was said and done, my vehicle did not have as many “issues” as I was first told. I am so appreciative for Josue Rosa taking customer service seriously and providing quality care. I am a happy customer! More
