Simple Oil Change I’ve been coming to this dealership to service my cars since 2007. Honestly since Greico took over the service went to xxxx. Staff has many untraine I’ve been coming to this dealership to service my cars since 2007. Honestly since Greico took over the service went to xxxx. Staff has many untrained young kids who are somewhat clueless of services your dealership offers. I brought in my $80K Suburban on a Saturday appoint for a simple oil change. I was promised 1-1:30 hours which ended up taking 3 hours. Additionally they did not even rotate the tires. Previously with Autonation I would get a courteous car wash. None of this happened. I feel the staff working there are just “going thru the motions” to earn a paycheck and couldn’t give a xxxx about customer service/satisfaction. I can go on, but I’ll spare you. With great humility, this dealership at its current management is light years away from a 5-star. More

Ive tried to ask everyone from the GM to Service manager and not one person could care less to assist me or help with issues. I’ve contacted GM corporate for assistance and nothing. I will never purchase another GM vehicle again and worn anyone interested in dealing with the dealership that they are wonderful upfront but once purchase can care less. Warranty repairs Took my car in for defective brake actuator. Once part was received I was told repairs would take an entire day; they had to pull the dash. I took the car in and it was 3 days later that the work was completed. Repairs were effective but if I needed my car on a daily basis waiting 3 days for a 1 day repair just wouldn’t be acceptable. Frustrating I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let me know if that was the only issue with the car. They told me it was. I drove home and at the end of the day my car would not start again. I told them to tow my car and verify what’s going on. And now they wanna charge me 145 bucks to run a new diagnostic. More

I was not told hat there would be 2 separate tests at $145 each. Javier also spoke with my dad on the phone and told him the oil change was done. I show up at 5pm the oil change was NOT done and I sat and waited for it to be done. I get it, you guys get paid to lie and rip people off but jesus christ. Won’t be returning and will actively tell anyone I know with a chevy or planning to get one NOT to go to you guys. Will also be making a public review on this. Thanks for nothing. More
