I was very frustrated and decided to drive further from home to try Grieco Chevrolet when my engine overheated. From the moment I arrived until I picked up my car, it was a wonderful customer service experience. My customer care rep was Javier Gregorio and he is a real professional. I was treated with respect and he went overboard to make sure I was comfortable. He set up a loaner car for me so I would not have to wait all day for a warranty repair.
