Only one that seemed to care!! I had received a vehicle recall issue via the mail and tried to get it taken care of at my local Chevrolet dealership without any success.. I needed up contacting 3 different dealerships before being directed to this one and once I met with the Service Manager, Michael Sherota, he was amazing.. He LISTENED to my concerns and frustrations and handled the issue without any push back.. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me, as the others had and I was very happy with my end result. He’s a great asset to the team and I wish all the other dealerships had a service manager on the team who cared like he did!! Thank you Michael !!! More
