Brought car to get alignment. Charged me almost $200. Returned the car with damaged bolts and an incorrect alignment. Told me they’d refund me the money but they never did. I have had the worse Experience with this dealer , repairs done to my 2017 Colorado pick up.after 4 weeks it was there they said they removed my tranny and even gave me a invoice with work that was do repairs done to my 2017 Colorado pick up.after 4 weeks it was there they said they removed my tranny and even gave me a invoice with work that was done.i did check if my tranny was removed ,and it was very clear it was never touched.im a qualified diesel tech ,and I did inspect the work done ,I took it back for another 2 weeks hey did do work to it and now it’s leaking atf oil and it’s shifting worse then what it was from the start.im hopeless truck only has 51k and the deal lied from the start.they changed my tcm and it’s hanging in the hood bay,over the coolant lines.i even had to pay for my own rental for 2 weeks ,extended warranty repair.and still waiting on my rental Reimbursement. Sabrina never told me either by email or by phone that they were charging me overprice, when she went to meet me 30 minutes late she told me the car was not there, (she lied again) after I had traveled 3:30 from orlando to the dealer she told me she had $10,000 overpriced and also told me that ALL the chevrolet dealers were charging overprice (lied again) as i bought the car in clermont without overprice. don't buy a car in this place, they don't respect the customers, then Feliciano came, the person responsible for the financing (a super rude person) and wanted to sell me a lease. I never go back to this place and I don't recommend ANYONE to buy a car in this place. They are liars, Sabrina doesn't know what she's doing, she "plays" at work. We had a hard time getting our service done at this dealership. We always take ou car there due the location, staff is nice, but if they don't do a good job it does not make any sense.
