I purchased my vehicle there and when never have it worked on there ever. Was told alignment was done and took my vehicle to another dealer and it was off tremendously. Bought and have consistently serviced my car at this dealership. it’s difficult to get an actual quote for service. Actual charge/cost is always significantly higher than the quoted price. Additionally, there’s always new staff and a new service representative. I, the customer, seem to be the constant and not the service staff. The trend appears to be, I drop car off The vehicle early in The day and don’t get an update or to pick up vehicle until 6pm or later. Maintenance pricing/costs have become prohibitive. It may be time for me to find another option for auto service. More

I liked Robert but was shocked that no one came to the car when I arrived. I called several times while waiting. Finally 30 min. Later Robert was able to come out. Robert did apologize for how long it took to get my oil changed. I understand during these times you might be short on staff but for no one to even recognize that you are there is not service! Our family has been active in this community for 90 yrs. My son needs his oil changed too and just spent a lot of money with you all and I am so disappointed. That is not service. I was past by many times by service writers Folks that work in the show room and not one time did anyone say anything. Car wash was pathetic . They did get bugs off the front but did not touch the mirrors . They dumped the mat on the drivers side and that was it. Candace Rogers More
