Bought and have consistently serviced my car at this dealership. it’s difficult to get an actual quote for service. Actual charge/cost is always significantly higher than the quoted price. The trend appears to be, I drop car off The vehicle early in The day and don’t get an update or to pick up vehicle until 6pm or later. Maintenance pricing/costs have become prohibitive. It may be time for me to find another option for auto service. More

I liked Robert but was shocked that no one came to the car when I arrived. I called several times while waiting. Finally 30 min. Later Robert was able to come out. Our family has been active in this community for 90 yrs. My son needs his oil changed too and just spent a lot of money with you all and I am so disappointed. That is not service. I was past by many times by service writers Folks that work in the show room and not one time did anyone say anything. Car wash was pathetic .
