Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale

I purchased a 2017 F-450 on 12/31, I flew in from SC to pickup the truck and drive it back home. I had issues with the truck on the way, it broke down and left me stranded less than 300miles. I took the truck to a Ford dealership to have it looked at, many issues were found with the vehicle. Grieco Chevrolet did not inform me that all of the emissions devices on the vehicle had been removed, in addition to many other issues totaling at least $6-7k in repairs. It is illegal for a licensed automotive dealer in FL to sell a vehicle with tampered emission devices according to statue 316.2935. Their offer to correct the issue was to have me pay for at least half of the tow back to their dealership, also not reimburse me for my flight to FL to purchase the truck. I have reached out to the FL Attorney General and EPA to see my options moving forward. I do NOT recommend this dealership with their shady sales tactics More

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for a week now over the phone and I hear nothing (they state they can do this). I reply to emails and get no response. I call and get put in a transfer loop. I have been waiting since December to get my maintenance package refunded, after I sold the vehicle to another dealership 6 hours away. I was told 8-12 weeks and am still waiting.
