Furthermore we found parts left to rattle around loose in the windshield wiper cowl passenger side and the battery was not secured in the engine compartment. They Service Departments interaction with their customers is disrespectful as they verbally disrespect the dealership, the brand and threat their customers as if they really do not matter at all. Sadly the notion of customer service is completely lost here. I also know that this is happening to others as my neighbor just shared his similarly terrible experience at this dealership. More

Richard, the car sales guy at Grieco Delray, sold me an SUV a month ago. 6 days had passed and I realized how terrible the MPG was. I asked Richard if they would take it back. "You paid 10 grand over sticker price". This is Chevrolet Grieco. It's my fault for not doing my homework. And I should have known better that trusting Richard who honors the car sales guys reputation. Now I'm stuck with a car I bought a month ago and I can't sell unless I'm willing to lose 10k. Not likely I'll ever go back to Grieco again. More
