Back in November my Traverse started making a funny noise from the exhaust. I took it into the dealership and they found that the exhaust manifold had a broken weld. My service person, Aaron Bonewitz, got the issue fixed and took care of the issue with no hassle. Then last week the exhaust started making the same noise again. I brought it back in and as I pulled up Aaron heard the noise, saw me and said we will take care of it. My car was past the warranty period by 2000 miles and Aaron said that this was not a problem and once again got the cracked exhaust manifold taken care of. With service like this from Greico Chevy and the commitment of their staff to make sure that the customers are satisfied, they now have a customer for life. It took 3 visits, but John, the service manager Adam, the shop foreman and the technician conferred with Chevrolet headquarters and finally the problem. They first replaced the Engine Control module and when the stalling reoccured, they replaced the throttle body. I was given a loaner car; so I was not inconvenienced More
