Also the dealer fee is well above market which was unexpected. Every other dealer was $600. And also the paint warranty requirement is unique. Your sales manager came across as though he was very aggravated and irritated with me for bringing up those points and refused to negotiate. I loved the car and Barry (salesman) and Jordan (saleslady) were very professional and enjoyed working with them. Also had a good experience with Mark in the finance department even though I didn't want to finance. I purchased the vehicle despite these issues and left the dealership to discover the stereo system had a blown speaker. More

Ripped Off I brought my car in for a supposedly "free" check-up. While there I was told that two filters had to be replaced. I was very surprised since my car I brought my car in for a supposedly "free" check-up. While there I was told that two filters had to be replaced. I was very surprised since my car has under 7,000 miles on it. I asked for an explanation and the person I spoke to said he was surprised also. Nevertheless, I wound up with a bill of $135.38. I feel I was ripped off. The car is relatively new and has under 7,000 miles on it. There's no way two filters should need replacing. Had I brought the car into my local service station for a check-up, I would have just had to pay for the oil that was put in. I wouldn't have been out of $135. Stan Kanter More
