Easy process and pleasant to deal with (Ron Sterling) Ron Sterling was my sales person, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even after the sale was made. During the process he test drov Ron Sterling was my sales person, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even after the sale was made. During the process he test drove a few trucks and guided me to the best deal for me. Any questions I had, he found answers to and made sure I was happy. After the sale I noticed a mark in the paint where the emblem had been removed. He set up an appointment with their paint and body specialist to have this fixed, gave me a loaner car during that time, and made the buying experience fun and easy. That is not common in most dealerships where they are only focused on locking you into one vehicle and sending you on your way. Thanks Ron and crew. More

After spending 3 hours with the salesperson we finally came to a monthly payment which we agreed upon. The person in financing had gone home for the day so he told us to take the new car home and come back tomorrow to sign the paperwork. We were assured that they would honor the rate we had agreed upon and that it should only take 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour the next day. We came in the next day and the finance guy gives us a higher rate. After 2 more hours of grinding us down we ended up paying more. In short, promised us a deal, let us take the car home to get use to it, changed the deal at the last minute wasting more of our time. I do not recommend this place. More
