I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2019 from Grieco of Fort Lauderdale because I lived in that area at the time. In Spring 2020 I moved closer to the Delray Beach location so I have been bringing the vehi Fort Lauderdale because I lived in that area at the time. In Spring 2020 I moved closer to the Delray Beach location so I have been bringing the vehicle to that location since I moved. Until 11 days ago, it had been more routine maintenance. On September 7th at 7:20am, I took my car to Grieco Chevrolet of Delray Beach due to a gas smell in and around the vehicle. My car has 45k miles and I bought the extended warranty through the closing process with Grieco Chevy Ft Lauderadale when I bought the car with less than 100 miles on it. As soon as I dropped it off, I told them I had the extended warranty. The service agent, Louis Costanzo, kept telling me I needed to provide him proof. He also didn't even have a diagnosis of the vehicle until the following day (2 new fuel rails, etc) and that they'd have to order parts. I had to keep checking in to see when the parts would be there so the job could get done. It took until Sept 14 at 10am to get the parts in. It's a 6 hour job so I thought I would have it that day or the next. I was told it would be ready for pick up on Sept 18th. I was not able to grab it until Sept 19th. I arrived around 8am and was presented a bill of almost $2.8k. I reiterated that I had an extended warranty and it was covered. He then proceeded to threaten us and gave us his home address and we could meet him there and fight him there?! He told us just to follow him in his white Tesla. We have lots of video footage from the incident and would love to share it with anyone who is thinking of taking their car there for service. DON'T DO IT!! The sad part in the video is that NOBODY from the dealership tried to intervene or calm anyone down, even though they could hear the yelling and a crowd of workers stood about 15 feet away and watched (again, on video). He argued with us for 20 minutes until the manager, via cell phone call) told him just to put the vin in Zurich (the extended warranty company Grieco uses) and it showed him I had the extended warranty and the service was covered within a minute. I was physically threatened and Louis threatened to call the police on us. It was totally uncalled for and Chevy has lost our business in the future due to this incident. More

So unfortunately I purchased a 2021 Silverado from here back in 2021. 8 check engine lights and one break down out of state. General Motors sent a field technician out to have a look. They decided to replace the entire exhaust system & catalytic converter. Here is where it gets interesting, a couple of days before the final inspection by the field technician the check engine light comes on. Turns out it has something to do with the exhaust again. However during this process all the Repair Orders were taken out of the glove box. I brought this matter to the attention of Kieth the 4th service manager since I purchased the vehicle. He said no problem here is my card just email me and I’ll send them to you via email. 4 emails and a month later Kieth never replied, so I went in to ask for the RO’s Kieth was overwhelmed with work and tried to blow me off. I blew a gasket explaining that my attorney was requesting these repair orders. During that visit we got into a shouting match as Kieth seemed to be taking things personally. Here is the worst part of my experience. General Motors has agreed through my attorney to repurchase the vehicle under Florida Lemon Law statute. Kieth on behalf of Grieco Chevrolet did not agree to host the repurchase of the Lemon. As It turns out, we needed to find another host to repurchase. If this is how a car dealership works with us after experiencing all the non sense & inconvenience of purchasing a vehicle that turns out to be a lemon, don’t waste your time with the Grieco Chevrolet or any other dealership with their name on it. More

Beware of Valentina she was our sales rep and is an amazing CON ARTIST. She assured us everything is fine and will be taken care of and has done nothing but lie. I bought a Mercedes Benz from this dealership and the next day the check engine light came on. I took the car to have an OBD2 scan performed and it showed two codes one of which was a timing defect ,the next day the check engine light came on. I took the car to have an OBD2 scan performed and it showed two codes one of which was a timing defect ,the scanner also showed that the codes were previously cleared and reset with out the problem being corrected. I took the car back to the dealership and received the car back a few days later and the check engine light was off, there is no chance the timing could be corrected in the short amount of time they had the car meaning they cleared and reset the code without addressing the issue.also they damaged the rear bumper of the car. This dealership is shady and good luck with customer service. I would not get another car from this dealership if they gave it to me free. This dealership game of fraud so STEER CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the best for last...I can not submit a review unless I click yes to "would you recommend this dealership" hahahahahahahahahahaha !!!!!!!! Alex Gutierrez made a custom of me as I brought my 2014 Stingray in as the screen got stuck in the open position. He took a trim tool (I am not a handy guy - i.e. 75 y.o. who breaks things) and was able to Stingray in as the screen got stuck in the open position. He took a trim tool (I am not a handy guy - i.e. 75 y.o. who breaks things) and was able to undo the problem as his knowledge was greatly put to use - he told me he previously was a tech prior to becoming a fleet specialist - even recognized me from phone call I made before showing up at the designated time - can't thank him and the staff for doing such a nice task and making me comfortable. The staff is welcoming, forthright and just plain nice. A special shout out to Jon McCann, Sales Manager, and Sales Consultants Nick Duva and Andrew "Country" Dial. Simply the best group of sales people at a dealership I have had the pleasure of spending time with in quite awhile. I highly recommend this store and the and the individuals who make it a great pleasure. More
