Very simple service request and usually it should run smooth. My service advisor was Keith, very nice guy. I know what Monday mornings can be like at a car dealership. Dropped my car off and left for a few hours. No call to say it was finished. When I finally called to check the status, a female in the service Dept had me on hold for over 5 min so I hung up and called back. She answered now for the 2nd time and told me that she was distracted and apologized. Okay! No problem. Than she put me on hold again and never came back to the phone. I waited another 5 minutes before hanging up the 2nd time. Now I took a taxi to the dealership not knowing if my car was ready or not. My car was ready. I got in it and drove away. I did not mention anything to Keith cause he was busy. But I was very aggravated that the female answering the phone was just so disinterested in my simple inquiry about whether my car was ready or not. I’m a 52 yr old retired Lt from the PD. I think I qualify in determining if an employee really cares about their job or not. This ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth with the service Dept. Fortunately, I really respect the salesman who sold me my car so I will most likely continue with the dealership from a buying perspective. But I’m not sure if I will have my car serviced there again. Thanks for listening. More

Terrible want my 6,000 back I hate that car I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy a car there my car been nun but trouble.. they had my car for a whole week no loaners I missed out on work .. mind I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy a car there my car been nun but trouble.. they had my car for a whole week no loaners I missed out on work .. mind you I brought my car with 22,000 miles it has 32,000 now every time I went they didn’t give no deals or wasn’t understandable.. they don’t call you when your car ready.. even Adam roach the manger never responded to none of my calls I could never speak to him.. customer service there is terrible if I could get a different I would they didn’t even care I put 6,000 down when I brought the xxxx car they couldn’t help me out and I’m single mother I had to Uber back n fourth and paid to get my car towed to them TWICE after they had my car for a week More

too long to see a person to get my car taken care of I had an appointment for 10;30 , I arrived at 10:20. within a few minutes a person asked me who I was told me to take my keys and follow him. He entered the building and I had no idea where he went. I asked the lady at the desk she said wait at the 2nd booth. I did so for at least 15-20 minutes. Then a man Cornel said my name and said he would be with me. I waited again. I had a pamphlet from you which said oil changes for 49.95, plus there was a coupon for $ 10. off for service. When I called for an appointment I was told I could use the coupon for $10. plus the add of 49.95. Cornel said it was not the case, I could only do the 45.95 not the coupon. I questioned this for awhile but said go ahead and do the oil change. At this point it was nearly half an hour later. For an oil change & car wash (20 minutes) , it was over a two hour wait! More
