The best dealership ever I had been looking for a car for my son and had researched it completely. This was the 3rd dealership and without a doubt the best. Disorganization Overall I really like the dealership. This was my 2nd oil change since I bought my new car. Very simple service request and usually it should run smoo Overall I really like the dealership. This was my 2nd oil change since I bought my new car. Very simple service request and usually it should run smooth. My service advisor was Keith, very nice guy. I know what Monday mornings can be like at a car dealership. Dropped my car off and left for a few hours. No call to say it was finished. When I finally called to check the status, a female in the service Dept had me on hold for over 5 min so I hung up and called back. She answered now for the 2nd time and told me that she was distracted and apologized. Okay! No problem. Than she put me on hold again and never came back to the phone. I waited another 5 minutes before hanging up the 2nd time. Now I took a taxi to the dealership not knowing if my car was ready or not. My car was ready. I got in it and drove away. I did not mention anything to Keith cause he was busy. But I was very aggravated that the female answering the phone was just so disinterested in my simple inquiry about whether my car was ready or not. I’m a 52 yr old retired Lt from the PD. I think I qualify in determining if an employee really cares about their job or not. This ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth with the service Dept. Fortunately, I really respect the salesman who sold me my car so I will most likely continue with the dealership from a buying perspective. But I’m not sure if I will have my car serviced there again. Thanks for listening. More
