We told Dave what we wanted and we got the car and a very good deal. We were in constant communication with Dave since he had to locate the car, but by the end of process we had a car. What I found to be an added plus was that every employee of Grieco, as they walked past us, said hello and acknowledged our presence. Nice touch. More

Horrible communication. Went in for a service call for oil change, tire rotation, ect...I also have an issue with a clip holding down my truck bed cover. Was told it was fixe Went in for a service call for oil change, tire rotation, ect...I also have an issue with a clip holding down my truck bed cover. Was told it was fixed but realized it never was when I got home...Shrugged it off. Wasn’t super urgent and so I said I would take care of it next time I’m in. Went in for an 8am appointment for oil change AND the clip. Reminded them 5 times...because when I showed up for the appointment I had to talk to 3 different people and no one had record of me coming in for my appointment to fix the clip. I get a call at 3 pm that my car is ready from my 8am appointment....7 hours for oil change. They called me at 3 and said they close in 2 hours better hurry. Show up....Tech said they need to order parts and will have to call me on Monday.....never got a call. Reached out on Wednesday and tech blamed another tech for not calling me. Original tech said we can only fix it if I leave work and come in during the week. More
