I was there for a trade in, between test driving the car and the paperwork, it did not take long before leaving with the vehicle that I wanted. They were able to make the deal match my needs in payments so it was easy and transparent through the whole process. The finance manager was great in the process as well, professional and to the point. I would recommend this dealership and Sales rep to anyone looking for a used/new vehicle. Oh yah, the new coffee machine they have is pretty bad a** too! More

Still no satisfaction on monies owed to me Since last September I have been trying to get my Service Contact rebate. My absolute hero Aaron Bonewitz got on both of their cases (a phone call from Corporate helped) and we thought that this was taken care of. But, here I sit, 5 months later and I still have yet to receive my money. This was supposed to be handled by finance- Charles Laurie who definitely needs a flash finance 101 course. I really liked doing business with Grieco/Delray but if this had been my first experience with them , I would have walked out. The only saving grace has been Aaron Bonewitz. Please help me!. More

little customer service brought my car in for routine maintenance @14,500 miles. oil change and tire rotation. Rep said there was also a recall. I asked what recall and he said a software update. I said I was waiting and he said about an hour to an hour and a half. two and half hours later I'm still waiting. Then it's ready and he asks if I want a receipt. I say yes so that I have a record of the work that was done and he says ok he has to wait for the system to update. then he hands me a receipt and asks if I see my car in the lot. On the way home I see my engine light is on. I have an engine code reader so I checked and reset the monitors. it was very sloppy work on their part especially after making me wait all that time for something that should have been completed in under an hour. At this point I'm not sure if it is a staffing level issue or a training level issue but something needs to change there. More
Even though I had an appointment it took more than 3 hours to change the oil and filter, air filter and rotate the tires. And the quote for Kelly tires with alignment was $790 !!!!!
