No Confidence, Total disregard of service requested. Made an appointment on Wed. for Friday. problem with vibration starting @40 and violent at 80+ mph. Removed Goodyear wrangler AT tires, replaced with Firestone Destination. Tiresplus was not able to rectify. Friday I stopped at Dunkin for coffee and need a jump. Got to dealer and Aaron was out on medical leave, assisted by Keith. I go over what I have done over the pass two month and provided a print out for him and the tech. I wanted them to check the drive shaft and the rims (stock OEM) as well as the axel for defects. I really like the truck perfect size for us. looking to retire and hit the road, but at 80+ on the highway or turnpike the vibration in the seat is ridiculous. This vibration is a complaint by many since 2015 and currently still an issue (Chevy shake). I currently work 9.5 miles from the dealer, I constantly battle to get a ride to and from work. The max is 10 miles for the courtesy van. I was told that "I inconvenience other customer because of the distance". I get a call about 1 pm the truck is ready and they can pick me up now, otherwise I am on my own to get back. I leave work early and pick up the truck. I am told that the vibration is due to tires being over inflated. I wanted to laugh because it was just insane. I get home checked the tire pressure 3 tires +3 and the 4th 4psi above the recommend 35 psi. I crack the hood and fine they charged 180.00 for half the battery in size of what was originally there. There is a dash cam in the vehicle, I check and see them swap out the battery and road test the truck. The truck was never put on a lift to check the drive shaft, rims or axel for any defects which is why I brought it in the first place. So very disappointed with Chevrolet., going to take it to a drive shaft shop and if that doesn't work I'm going to dump the truck and go for a Tacoma. I will never buy another Chevy after owing 4 of them. More
Couldn't Find The Problem Bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado in October. Truck had less than 5000 miles on it. Pulled into a customers driveway and the truck died. Called dealership--told me to jump start and bring it in. Brought the truck in. Said they would hook up to the computer to find the issue and that there were 3 recalls that needed to be handled. No rental cars available, so they sent me to an Enterprise to get a rental. Didn't give me any paperwork for Enterprise so getting a car was delayed. A few hours later they called back and said recalls were done but couldn't find any other issues with the truck. Went bak to get the truck. Truck wasn't washed and no offer to wash the truck (which I was told by my salesperson would be done every time truck is brought in for service. Probably won't go back to this dealership for service or vehicles. Bachrodt Chevy not too far. That's the dealership that worked on my previous Silverado so will be going there moving forward. More

No complaints with Keith... However, I do have issues with the fact that I arrived with three issues and left with two issues and then had to go back as theings were not reset properly. I have had my 2017 Malibu for 3 years now and one has ever told me anything has been going wrong with my vehicle when I know there is based on how it drives I tell this grieco if Delray each time my car ever told me anything has been going wrong with my vehicle when I know there is based on how it drives I tell this grieco if Delray each time my car drives funny and I say this because my car got hit March of 2027 so I know things are wrong but I always leave with just a maintenance when I know it’s more to my vehicle that they aren’t checking and HAVENT REALLY Ben checking they aren’t doing a full job I’m a observer and I sit back and watch how much they be begind trying to cat Co up sometimes don’t wan Vto do it because th we have other th I ge to do that’s why th err can’t focus and do the complete job people pay more than just 200 bucks for there vehicles and we get treated like this low key, why? You think we don’t or wouldn’t notice!!!! Things tear up after time when it’s not tested right, I don’t dig my car out More
