He coordinates with the tech, what issues are found and needed for the repairs of my Silverado 2500 HD with high mileage. My rating is not about employees, it's about parts pricing. I've shopped outside for parts and find Greico pricing to be exorbitant. There doesn't seem to be any discount incentives for service on Silverado trucks. More

One thing but really another, Had my trucked towed in for a gas leak, I was called and told that it was a fuel pump and it would cost $800.00 plus to replace. Seems very excessive for a fuel pump, but they would let me know for sure ounce they removed it. I called two days later for an update and the connector as well need replaced because a mouse had chewed it. They didn't have the part so they ordered it overnight. called the following afternoon for an update still waiting for part. called Friday afternoon around two for an update, still waiting for part, I hear in the background someone say they got a shipment in. I asked if they got it in could I get the truck on Saturday. Non commitment for Saturday. got a call around 3:45 truck is ready. I get there and I am presented with a part that connect the fuel pump and the pipe to the gas tanks. I inquire if it was the fuel pump and they said no. The invoice is for $321.00, I have a extended warranty with a $300.00 deductible. the invoice does not reflect the hours or cost to replace the part or the price of the part. I have written the warranty people and requested summary of what was charged for this visit. I was recently there for another issue with vibration, which wasn't addressed. I emailed Adam Roach the service manager personally at his email with my phone number to discuss, several weeks later still no call. Very disappointed with Grieco Chevrolet. More

Very pleased with my recent dealing with the Greico Chevrolet Delray service dept. My 2018 Chevy Colorado had the dreaded torque converter shudder/vibration and they performed the trans fluid flush and Chevrolet Delray service dept. My 2018 Chevy Colorado had the dreaded torque converter shudder/vibration and they performed the trans fluid flush and replacement called for in a tech service bulletin. All under warranty. Truck drives like new. My service advisor Keith was courteous and professional. Overall, no fuss no muss. Higy recommend Greico service. More
