Amazing sales experience working with the guys at Grieco Chevy of Delray! Right when I walked in I was greeted by gene with tons of enthusiasm. I was looking to trade in a vehicle and he sent me to Phillipe Chevy of Delray! Right when I walked in I was greeted by gene with tons of enthusiasm. I was looking to trade in a vehicle and he sent me to Phillipe and David. Phillipe helped me test drive a few vehicles and knew all of the ins and outs of each one, which made me feel very confident that I would choose the right one. David was also very helpful during this process and helped me choose the car I would leave with. Jon, the manager and Mike in finance helped seal the deal! They answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me get to a payment I would feel comfortable with. The customer service here is top notch! I will definitely be back for my next car! More

Buyer Beware: You may need to verify that the maintenance listed as completed on your work order has actually been performed. We had made an online appointment for 10:30 on October 27, 2020 for maintenance listed as completed on your work order has actually been performed. We had made an online appointment for 10:30 on October 27, 2020 for the very first service visit on our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and arrived at the dealership early. When the vehicle had not gone in the shop by noon, my wife and I inquired why and were told that vehicle maintenance is like a doctor's office and rarely runs on time. Nonetheless we stressed that once the vehicle went in that we wanted the specified work to be completed without compromise; however, once the vehicle came out of the shop we noticed that the tire rotation that was scheduled to be performed and identified on the invoice as completed was in fact not completed. At this point we requested to speak to the Service Manager and showed him evidence that the work as stated on the invoice had no been performed. He agreed with this assessment and at this point the vehicle was taken back into the shop to perform the work that was listed on the invoice as completed. We also requested to speak with the General Manager and were told by the Service Manager that he was not available and he assured us that he would take the appropriate actions although as a minimum we expected that a member of the dealership ownership would have contacted us to try to make things right but as of December 15, 2020 this has not happened! We also completed an online review after the service which has never been posted on the Dealership website. More
