I spent months calling, texting, emailing, and visiting in person - I was shunted from dead end voicemail boxes and email accounts. Each representative such as Valentina Frankel and Mark Rapp told me they would refund it but soon they completely stonewalled me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service of any industry or organization in my life. This was deemed fraud by my credit card company which ended up refunding the deposit. I recommend staying as far away from Grieco Chevrolet as possible! More

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Tahoe with 27k miles on 12/7/24. On 1/7/25 the water pump went which should not happen on a newer vehicle with low mileage. The transmission and suspension started to act up in March so in three months I had multiple major problem with car. On 4/8/25 I drop the car off for transmission and suspension to be fixed. The vehicle is still there on 6/28/25 almost 3 months later. I was never offered a rental even when I inquired as now I haven’t had a vehicle in months. No reimbursement on car payment and crickets from Greico other than their standard response on my google review. Please save your time, money and frustration. This is my 3rd Chevy. Cannot believe this is how loyal customers are treated. GM is just as bad and won’t take accountability for situation and “back ordered parts”. More
