Recall Service for my MDX I made an appointment for a recall service for my 2016 Acura MDX. The process was very simple. When I arrived at the dealership, I was advised by Tony I made an appointment for a recall service for my 2016 Acura MDX. The process was very simple. When I arrived at the dealership, I was advised by Tony that there was an additional unaddressed recall on the vehicle, but that would take an additional 1 1/2 hours. I agreed to have the additional work done at this time. Tony immediately offered a loaner vehicle, which I declined as I had planned a walk and shopping nearby. Once I left for my walk, Tony called and informed me that there was a third recall on the vehicle, which would take an additional 30 minutes to complete. I decided to take him up on his offer, and use the loaner vehicle. I returned to the Dealership, and the loaner, a 2019 Acura was ready for me. I returned to First Acura a few hours later and the work on my SUV was completed. My vehicle was cleaned, inside and out! This was my first experience with First Acura, and I do intend to return to this dealership for all my repair and new car needs! Their professionalism and courtesy is second to none. More

Simply the best! We were very disappointed with the dealership that sold us our new Acura and were questioning whether we made the right decision to purchase Ian Acura We were very disappointed with the dealership that sold us our new Acura and were questioning whether we made the right decision to purchase Ian Acura...we really didn’t want to deal with that dealership again. BUT, then we went to First Acura for service and they completely changed our minds. We have never experienced the level of service we receive there. I can’t single one person out because every person we have come in contact with has been terrific. When you deal with anyone you feel like you are their only customer. They take as much time as you need to make sure they understand you problems etc and they work efficiently. Since this is our first Acura after 4 Volvos we really didn’t understand how to utilize all the “bells and whistles” and were a little frustrated. They sat in the car with us and went over every detail. By the time we left after our first visit we had completely changed our minds about buying an Acura...we definitely made the right decision. If you are in the Providence or southern Mass area, even if you’re not, I encourage you to go to First Acura. The live up to their name... they are first in our book! More
