I arrived shortly before my time and was greeted by my service representative. He confirmed vehicle inspection as the reason for my visit and asked if there was anything else they needed to check for me. I told him I was occasionally losing pressure in a tire and he said they would check it out. I was able to wait comfortably in their seated area while the work was done. After what was longer than I thought an inspection should take, I checked in with him and he said they were still checking the potential leak in the tire. Sure enough, the technician found the “stem” (which could be replaced) to be the culprit. I decided to keep an eye on the tire pressure and wait until my next service before having it replaced. I’ve always had a good experience here. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and Phillip does his best to ensure time spent with them is positive. More

The service department was outstanding. I called with my concerns. They picked up my car the next morning (and I live 60 miles away).
